The following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page             
3374), is in the Judiciary Committee:                                          
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RLS) am                                 
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
providing that the governor and lieutenant governor be elected by              
a majority vote; and changing the term of office of the governor               
and lieutenant governor.                                                       
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that CSSJR 40(RLS) am would be on the April 21,             
2000, calendar.
